I’m a staff writer at Sportsnet.ca, the online home of Canada’s leading sports broadcaster. I write about a range of sports, with a focus on teams based on the West Coast. Previously, I was an editor at Sportsnet magazine, where I worked from the magazine’s launch in 2011 until the final issue was published in 2016. I worked with writers on features, columns and special packages. I also handled the front-of-book and occasionally wrote features. Before joining Sportsnet, I worked for both the Literary Review of Canada and Planned Parenthood. My interests include time-travel narratives, modal realism and movies starring Denis Lavant.
